24th Annual General Meeting
Pharmaniaga Berhad held its hybrid 24th annual general meeting (AGM) today to present the Company’s performance to its shareholders for the financial year ended 31 December 2021. The AGM, which was broadcast live from Royale Chulan Damansara was chaired by Datuk Seri Zainal Abidin Mohd Rafique, Chairman of Pharmaniaga. The AGM was attended by all its Board Members, namely Dato’ Sri Mohammed Shazalli Ramly, Dato’ Dr. Najmil Faiz Mohamed Aris, Dr. Abdul Razak Ahmad, Cik Sarah Azreen Abdul Samat, while YB Senator Datuk Dr. Haji Azhar Ahmad and Encik Izaddeen Daud attended the event virtually. Also in attendance were Datuk Zulkarnain Md Eusope, Group Managing Director, En. Zulkifli Jafar, Group Executive Director, Puan Norai’ni Mohamed Ali, Group Chief Financial Officer and Puan Wan Intan Idura Wan Ismail, Company Secretary. During the AGM, Datuk Zulkarnain shared with the shareholders the Company’s performance and operations in 2021, its growth strategies, as well as its outlook for 2022.
