Memorandum of Understanding with Prime Medical Store LLC
Pharmaniaga has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Prime Medical Store LLC (Prime Medical), a subsidiary of PRIME Healthcare Group, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates on 30 March 2022. Witnessed by YAB Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, Prime Minister of Malaysia, the MoU was signed between Datuk Zulkarnain Md Eusope, Pharmaniaga Group Managing Director and Mohammed Faiz Abdul Hameed, Operations Director of Prime Medical. Also present were Pharmaniaga Chairman Datuk Seri Zainal Abidin Mohd Rafique and Prime Medical Board Director Essa Al Ghurair.The MoU will serve as the foundation in establishing the framework that will grant Prime Medical the exclusive right to register, import, promote, market, sell and distribute PMB’s pharmaceutical products in UAE.
