The Malaysian Medical Association (MMA), Johor branch, in collaboration with Pharmaniaga, has successfully held the Primary Care Symposium 2022 at DoubleTree Hilton, Johor Bahru on 18 June 2022. The symposium chaired by Dato’ Dr. Bryant Yap, Chairman of MMA Johor, offered a platform for the doctors to receive the latest updates and discuss various medical topics related to COVID-19, hepatitis C, pneumococcal diseases and pain. The sharing session featured experienced and well-known speakers – Dr. Abraham Mathew George, Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist of KPJ Specialist Johor, Dr. See Kwee Ching, Head of Paediatric Department of Hospital Sungai Buloh, Dr. Ajit Pal Singh, Pharmaniaga Head of Biologics and Vaccine Specialist, Dr Omar Sulaiman, Anaesthesiology and Critical Care of Hospital Sultanah Aminah and Dr Razlina Johari, Consultant Paediatrician of Columbia Asia Hospital Iskandar Puteri. Also present from Pharmaniaga were Datuk Zulkarnain Md Eusope, Group Managing Director and En. Zulhazri Razali, Commercial Director.
