RAKERNAS 2024

PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk (PT MPI) successfully conducted its ‘Rapat Kerja Nasional’ (RAKERNAS) 2024 at Alana Hotel, Yogyakarta on 15-18 January 2024. The event was officiated by Bapak Joefly Jooseof Bahroeny, President Commissioner of PT MPI, Bapak Imam Fathorrahman, Commissioner of PT MPI, Bapak Ahmad bin Abu Bakar, President Director of PT MPI, and Bapak Mohamad Fazly bin Hassan, Director of PT MPI. Carrying the theme ‘Becoming The Team of Tomorrow,’ this conference gathered all branch head from Pharmaniaga’s subsidiary company in Indonesia, PT MPI, to share insights and discuss succession planning towards achieving a revenue target of Rp5 trillion in 2024. During the event, PT MPI had the opportunity to host a dialogue session on ‘Good Distribution Practice’ (CDOB) within pharmaceutical industry. This session featured special guests, Ibu Mimin Jiwo Winanti, S.Si., Apt., Director of Drug Distribution and Services Supervision for Narcotics, Psychotropics, and Precursors at the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM), and Bapak Afrizal Yurifsah, S.Si., Apt., Chairman of the Assessment and Training Facility Distribution and Service Team for Narcotics, Psychotropics, and Precursors at BPOM.
The event also featured an Accelerated Development Program (ADP) Training, where all branch heads received intensive motivation, in-depth leadership soft-skills training, and personalised coaching. As a show of appreciation to those present, a carnival-themed Gala Dinner added a touch of glamour and celebration as well as concluded this year’s RAKERNAS.
