Signing of MoC with MHTC
Pharmaniaga Berhad (Pharmaniaga) today inked a Memorandum of Collaboration (MoC) with Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC) to supply and distribute Hepatitis C drug to MHTC’s designated hospitals and clinics at the launch of Malaysia as the Destination for Hepatitis C treatment at insigHT2021. The MoC was signed by Pharmaniaga Group Managing Director Datuk Zulkarnain Md Eusope, while MHTC was represented by Chief Executive Officer En Mohd Daud Mohd Arif. InsigHT2021, a virtual three-day conference held from 16 to 18 November 2021, was officiated by Minister of Health Malaysia, YB Khairy Jamaluddin. Also present were YB Dato’ Sri Mustapa Mohamed, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Economy), YB Mohd Shahar Abdullah, Deputy Minister of Finance I, YBhg Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, Director General of Health Malaysia and YBhg Datuk Dr Kuljit Singh, President of Association of Private Hospitals, Malaysia. Aside from the MoC, Pharmaniaga Group Deputy Managing Director En Mohamed Iqbal Abdul Rahman and Commercial Director En Zulhazri Razali are amongst the speakers during the three-day virtual event.
