Working Visit to Pharmaniaga LifeScience Sdn Bhd
Delegates from the People’s Republic of China Embassy in Malaysia, Mr. Tang Rui, Minister of People’s Republic of China, Mr. Zhang Zhen, Counselor of Cultural Affairs and Dr. Zhang Tian Hang, Second Secretary, made an official working visit to Pharmaniaga LifeScience Sdn Bhd in Puchong on 21 June 2022. The objective of the working visit was to discuss about the progress and future plans of Pharmaniaga on vaccine research and development cooperation. During the visit, the delegates took a tour of the fill-and-finish manufacturing facility of the Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine to better understand the process. Also present were En. Zulkifli Jafar, Executive Director, En. Mohamed Iqbal Abdul Rahman, Deputy Group Managing Director, Datin Shamsinar Haji Shaari, Senior Technical Director, Pn. Yang Fairuz Abdul Aziz, Corporate Services Director, Dr. Badarulhisam Abdul Rahman, Head of Research and Development, En. Mohd Saharuddin Othman, Head of Manufacturing, Dr. Ajit Pal Singh, Head of Biologics and Vaccine Specialist, En. Ahmad Syamsury Sulaiman, Head of Plant and other senior officials.
