In enhancing customer engagement through effective communication, we manage inbound and outbound calls from and to our customers including but not limited to attending emails.
In ensuring continuous improvement of customer experience towards services rendered, we organise dialogue sessions and coordinate customer satisfaction surveys. We also manage complaints as well as product recalls and have been consistently taking proactive actions to ensure customers’ satisfaction.
