The Group is committed to instilling a safe and nurturing high performance corporate culture that rewards while encouraging our employees to pursue their professional growth. Our employees are exposed to various learning and development programmes during the year including the Do It Right Always (DIRA) Leadership Programme, which focused on building strong leadership skills. We enhanced our Do It Right Campaign by taking it to the next phase in 2018 with DIRA.
The Group’s DIRA activities raise awareness levels amongst employees on the importance of ‘Doing the Right Thing’ every time. This increases the level of productivity and work efficiency by eliminating the need for rework. DIRA Week was conducted during the year to boost awareness amongst employees. We also cultivate the overall development of DIRA culture by ensuring induction programmes for new comers.
