STEPS FOR VENDOR REGISTRATION
1. Download the Vendor Registration Form (VRF) – Click (here) to download the form.
2. Complete the VRF – Fill in all required details and attach the necessary supporting documents.
3. Submission of VRF – Submit the completed VRF and attachments via email to vendors@pharmaniaga.com or mail it to:

The application will be reviewed, and the registration status will be notified within 14 working days.
