Pharmaniaga welcomes all eligible vendors to register as an approved supplier through the Pharmaniaga e-Procurement System. Please follow the steps below to complete the vendor registration process:

STEPS FOR VENDOR REGISTRATION
1. Access the Vendor Registration Portal
Click the link below to access the ADAM Vendor Registration Portal:
https://adam.supplycart.my/vendor-registration/fill/vrf-pharmaniaga
2. Complete Vendor Registration
Fill in all required company information in the system and upload the necessary supporting documents.
3. Submit Registration
Once all information and documents have been completed, submit the registration through the system for review.
4. Registration Review and Verification
The submitted application will be reviewed by Pharmaniaga. Vendors may be contacted if additional information or clarification is required.
5. Registration Status Notification
Vendors will be notified on the registration status upon completion of the review process. Please note that vendor registration does not guarantee inclusion in any tender, quotation, or procurement exercise.
