We have initiated several measures to help ensure that we utilise our resources as efficiently as possible. These measures include the use of energy efficient lighting, the installation of new equipment with energy saving features for our manufacturing facilities and the implementation of green technology. In addition, we looked into ways to further conserve energy by limiting the use of heating, ventilation and air conditioning in non-critical areas.

In 2016 alone, several initiatives were implemented with the utilisation of energy saving bulbs or Light-Emitting Diode (LED) at our production and logistics warehouses. We have achieved 100% improvement of the light intensity. Our plants took an additional step by installing a new high-efficiency chiller with smart programming energy saving features to further conserve the energy utilisation at our sites.
